Ohio Energy Pathways exists to help Ohio citizens who are interested in careers in the energy sector. Our mission is to make you aware of the types of occupations that exist within Ohio and the training programs available throughout the state that will prepare you for your chosen career path.
Note: Some of the data within this website is based on a 2011 report of available green higher education programs in Ohio in relationship to Ohio industries and occupations that was funded by a U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration grant. Additionally, data was separately gathered about the oil and gas energy programs in the state to provide a comprehensive picture of the energy landscape in Ohio. Data is subject to change over time; therefore, information within this website may not always be current.
Ohio Energy Pathways is brought to you by the State of Ohio Board of Regents and OH-Tech in partnership with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, University System of Ohio institutions and other important stakeholders that support the growth of the energy sector in Ohio.
